At Consilium we invest in our staff and technology. We provide classroom based and on the job learning and development to ensure that our staff can use the latest industry software and technology in order to produce the highest standard drawings.
If you have Traffic Management knowledge or experience or have an interest or experience using AutoCad, you could be perfect Trainee CAD Designer material.

We believe our apprenticeship programme is a key part of our recruitment and retention process. Through it we have employed a number of excellent young employees who have brought enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn to Consilium TS. In turn, we have given them a structured apprenticeship programme which balances practical experience with ongoing formal education.
