About our company

As a Trainee Contracts Technician, you will be working as part of our contracts team, working with a variety of stakeholders to design & deliver traffic management projects. This is a wide-ranging role which involves maintaining positive relationships with clients & local authorities. AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Experience is preferable to succeed in this role.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:00-17:30.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for our Trainee Contracts Technicians include;

  • To design and produce technical traffic management drawings
  • To project manage traffic management clients and sites
  • To liaise with local authorities to obtain access to their networks
  • Attending site meetings and surveys where necessary
  • Managing customer relations including resolving any queries
  • Adhoc administration where required

What good looks like:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Drivers Licence with minimum or no points
