The Role
We are looking for a TM Quality Assessor/Auditor to ensure quality and standards are maintain on our sites across Scotland. You would have previous experience ensuring compliance with Health & safety standards, preferably within the construction industry. This role is essential to coach and mentor our TM crew ensuring a quality service is delivered to our customers. You will work closely with the Operations and Training departments by providing audit feedback and recommendations for future training.
In addition to auditing, you would conduct driving assessments with all new employees assess their driving competency – an advance driving qualification would be advantageous.
