Salary: 

up to £160 per shift depending on, skills and experience with company benefits, van and overtime opportunity

PLUS £500 WELCOME BONUS 

Salary is paid on a fortnightly basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful team!!!!

Shifts: 7 days on and 3 days off, then another 7 days on and 3 days off, followed by 4 days on and 4 days off. This means you will work only 2 weekends per month

Guaranteed hours of work are 48 hours per week depending on location and rota. Hours and shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends with the option of overtime as required. You will also be required to be on the on-call rota.

Responsibilities:

The Traffic Management Operative sits at the heart of everything we and you will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management such as deploying cones, signs, frames, sandbags and other equipment on low-speed roads.
• Undertaking traffic counts, calls to clients and subcontractors, timings and near misses
• Maintenance of temporary traffic lights
• Helping and guiding new trainees

What good looks like for Traffic Management Operative:

• Unit 2 or M1 / M2 qualified as a minimum
• Knowledge of Chapter 8
• Physically fit and able to pass a safety critical worker medical and any other relevant medical assessments your offer will depend on the outcome of this
• Full UK Driving Licence.  Restrictions on points apply for insurance purposes, you’ll need to speak with us if you have more than 6 points on your licence
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test your offer will depend on the outcome of this
