Payroll & HR Administrator

We are looking for a Payroll & HR Administrator to process a fortnightly payroll within our busy Human Resources Department. In this role, you will work with colleagues to assist with the smooth running and organisation of the office.

Duties for this role include;

  • Process a fortnightly payroll ensuring accurate payment of all contractual terms such as weekend uplifts etc.
  • Tracking of timesheets on a weekly basis to ensure accurate hours are being processed for employees
  • Data inputting into our ERP for Payroll Add ons and deductions
  • Uploading and processing the payroll from ERP to Sage payroll
  • Resolving wages queries & responding to leaver enquires
  • Administering fortnight pensions payments ensuring employees are kept informed of auto enrolment deadlines
  • Full submission of payroll including EPS, FPS and Year end
  • Maintaining employee files ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Compiling reports for Group and Management as required
  • Monitoring sickness, absence and holidays and updating the ERP with rest days
  • Assisting HR Manager with disciplinary procedure including invites, meeting minutes etc
  • Adhoc administration when required

To succeed within this role, applicants will require;

  • Previous experience running a payroll using Sage Payroll
  • Must be proficient on Microsoft 365 especially Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • An ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm. Salary would be depending on experience
