Role Overview: As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems.
- Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies.
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change program.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months.
- Agreement to settle within 30 mins drive from one of the depots.
- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12D M1/M2 or Unit 2) are desirable but not essential.
