Job Title – Business Development Associate

Location – Home-based with travel (Site at Bottesford, Nottinghamshire & customers)

Hours – Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:00 - 40 hrs per week

Must be flexible, willing to travel and stay away from home as required

About the role of Business Development Associate

This role will support the growth of Highway Resource Solutions within the UK Traffic Management & Construction Industry. As a Business Development Associate, you will:

  • Collaborate with the BD Team: Assist in managing and expanding existing accounts while identifying and engaging new business opportunities. Your efforts will help advance HRS as a leading provider of Digital Solutions within targeted companies.
  • Enhance Client Support: Improve our propositions and the support we offer to clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional service.
  • Travel Nationwide: Undertake regular UK-wide travel to facilitate demonstrations and attend industry events, showcasing our innovative solutions.
  • Drive Revenue and Service Excellence: Be an integral part of our team, responsible for driving revenue and delivering outstanding customer service.

 

Required Skills for a Business Development Associate

  • Customer-Focused Experience: Proven experience in roles that prioritize customer satisfaction.
