Job Title – Administrator Assistant

Hours – Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5pm 

Location: Unit 11, Cary Court Somerton Business Park, Somerton, Somerset, TA11 6SB

About the Role:

This role is perfect for somebody wanting to work within a heavy administrative role.  As we are a Traffic Management company, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the industry and as you are completing administration tasks around Traffic Management your knowledge of the industry will grow.  Working with the team on one of our main contracts for the South West region, you will provide administrative support to the commercial and finance team.  Your duties will include:

  • Creating and maintaining systems with all required works
  • Monitoring and reporting on performance, ensuring we exceed our targets and service levels
  • Data entry onto various spreadsheets
  • Reviewing completed jobs and ensuring all paperwork is correct and up-to-date
  • Collating invoices of works and compiling and submitting job packs
  • Assessing multiple platforms to ensure all data is up to date and assisting the team with other admin tasks as and when required

About you:

A highly organized individual, you are a team player and are most content when working within an office environment.  You are keen and are willing to learn and adapt to new practices.  You are an excellent communicator and are proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft office software.  You thrive working as part of a team and can also prioritise your own workload.
