Who Are We? Chevron Traffic Management is the dynamic force behind road safety. We’re the ones who set up those orange cones, signs, and temporary traffic lights during roadworks. But it’s not just about the gear – it’s about keeping people safe while they’re out and about. You’ve probably seen our handiwork all over the country. Next time you pass roadworks, take a closer look – chances are, Chevron Traffic Management put those signs there.

What We Really Do: Sure, it sounds straightforward, but it’s a whole lot more than just placing cones. We’re the brains behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly. That means consulting, planning, designing, estimating, and collaborating with suppliers and customers. Oh, and we’re all about innovation and technology – finding ways to improve safety and reduce our carbon footprint. It’s challenging work, but it’s also incredibly rewarding.

Why Join Us?

  • Safety First: We’re obsessed with safety. It’s our top priority, and we take it seriously.
  • Career Growth: We’ve had our most successful year ever, and we’re growing fast. That’s where you come in!
  • Team Spirit: The people at Chevron TM make it fun. We’re a tight-knit crew, always ready to lend a hand.
  • Adventure: As a 12ab Traffic Management Operative Trainee, you’ll be right in the action. It’s an outdoor gig that keeps you on your toes.

Your Role: As a 12ab Traffic Management Operative Trainee, you’ll be the backbone of our high-speed road operations. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

  • Setting Up: Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment like cones, signs, frames, and sandbags.
  • Guiding Newbies: Once you’re fully qualified, you’ll help train and guide new recruits.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: While traffic management experience is a bonus, it’s not a deal-breaker. We’re more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • Safety Conscious: You’ll need to pass a safety critical worker medical and pre-employment medical questionnaire– we take safety seriously!
  • Driving License: You’ll need a full UK driving license. This is essential.

Ready to Make a Difference? Join Chevron Traffic Management and be part of something big. Safety, teamwork, and a dash of adventure – that’s what we’re all about. Apply now and let’s keep those roads safe together! ???
